Internal Use Agreement
Last updated October 15, 2026
Purpose and operator
Aphelion QuickBooks Estate is an internal integration operated by Haught Enterprises. It connects an administrator-authorized QuickBooks Online company to approved internal workflows. It is not offered for public signup.
Authorized use
Only the owner and expressly authorized personnel or automated agents may use the integration. Use must remain within the administrator’s granted access and the business purpose assigned to the user or agent. Access may not be transferred or used to obtain another organization’s information without authorization.
Financial actions
A connection does not independently authorize payments, transfers, payroll, tax filings or changes to accounting records. Each consequential action requires appropriate business authorization. Users must verify the company, account attribution and intended effects before acting.
Review and accuracy
Automated outputs may contain errors or omit context. An authorized person must review consequential accounting, financial and tax decisions. The integration does not replace professional judgment or advice.
Information and credentials
Users must protect company information and authentication credentials. Information may be processed by the computing, storage and AI services configured for an authorized workflow, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Access and disconnection
The company administrator may restrict or revoke access through QuickBooks. Disconnection does not automatically delete records already retained in business systems, workflow records or backups. Retention and deletion requests should be directed to the company administrator.
Third-party services
QuickBooks and other connected services remain subject to their providers’ terms and availability. This agreement does not replace those terms or grant rights in third-party software or data.
Administration
Questions about access, permitted use or these terms should be directed to the Haught Enterprises owner or designated company administrator through an established business contact channel. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
